In this article the reader will find correlated concepts on applied for supervision the university education, specifically the social sciences that they educate professionals for the social intervention. It are mentioned the characteristics that you should have a supervisor, the supervisory process's components, the importance of the auto-referential, academic and organizational aspects. He goes into one of the modes of group supervision: The supervision like reflexive conversation. It is illustrated with a case through which elements are provided metodológicos and technicians for planning and driving of supervisory spaces.
