Social Work facing the Latin American reality

The author of making a reflection on the social work as a profession with a field of knowledge and of practices that should respond to grateful social demands, in this sense is a historically built and therefore continually revised depending on the context. For the case of Latin America suggests to keep in mind all the diversity in cultural terms to define a professional action more near to this plurality. The challenges that confront the Work Social have to see, then, with a bigger qualification in the professional formation to enlarge the understanding of these processes from the theoretical, the methodological and from the political.
