Based on a reflexive dialogue activity with the youth organizations that participated in the research project ―Organizational processes of the youth and construction of political identities‖, the goal in this article is to show how reflexivity processes have developed during the course of youth organizations, leading young people to think about themselves as individual and collective subjects, about the institutions and about their identities.
