Catedrática de Ética y Filosofía Jurídica, Moral y Política de la Universidad de Valencia desde 1986, además de directora de la Fundación ÉTNOR, para la ética de los negocios y las organizaciones. En 1969 ingresa en el departamento de Metafísica de la Universidad de Valencia.
